Teaching Artistry

As a teaching artist, David uses his more than 20 years of experience to actively engage with a wide range of participants in ways that both excites their curiosity and fosters a hunger to learn more; activating the passion of learners wherever he goes.

Education provides an exciting opportunity to apply his teaching artist practices to create innovative, experiential educational programming; new avenues that foster lifelong curiosity, engagement and joy with the cultural arts as it applies to their lives, family and community.

Throughout my career as a teaching artist, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most dedicated and inspiring teachers, administrators and staff, whose commitment to the arts is unmatched. As my practice continues, and my role in the cultural arts field grows into one of leadership and advocacy, I encourage you to contact me––let’s connect and make more space for the arts in our communities.
